Our Process
We provide clear and consistent updates throughout the project. We utilize our close relationships with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to execute the vision of our homeowners. We work hard to keep the correct information flowing between the homeowner, architect, designer and builder. Craftsmanship, quality and clear communication are key to successful builds.
Phase 1:
-
Initial Meeting- Meeting at your home to discuss your project and the design build process. We will do a walk-through of the space and discuss your vision for the project. This is where the start of the collaboration with WPI team and you begins. This is the time to review architectural plans, if you have them .If you do not, we can provide information on architects or builders that we have worked with. At this meeting, we love to learn more about the space-functionality and design. When we understand what each space will be used for, we can better gear the conversation towards a beautiful, unique and functioning design! At this meeting we require a “20 hrs of work” retainer, before proceeding to the next phase.
